Brad's fitness journey began at a young age. When he was 18, a pitching shoulder injury halted his collegiate baseball career. During his rehabilitation, he found a passion in the process of learning how the human body works, and how usingexercise can accelerate recovery and enhance sports performance. That journey led to a career in both physical therapy and personal training.

Every client of Brad's undergoes a highly comprehensive evaluation process. He uses his findings to assess each client's specific needs in order to best serve them. Brad's philosophy is to prioritize moving well first and then becoming strong within those functional movement patterns to achieve pain-free, athletic bodies.

In addition to training clients at QFit, Brad continues to practice part-time at Beacon Orthopedics. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and rooting for UK and the Boston Red Sox.
